The institute has designed industry oriented Modern Apprenticeship programs aimed at filling the requirement gap in the industrial sector of Bahrain. These courses have an optimum blend of theory and practice, which makes them more suitable for those taking up jobs in the industry. Facilities have been created to allot individual workbenches and machines to trainees to enhance their confidence and hone their skills. More over, they will be working on modern workshop machinery under the able guidance of qualified faculty members. The institute has a full-fledged library with latest practical books. The levy paying companies in Bahrain can take advantage of these facilities to update the knowledge and upgrade the skills of their employees. The courses are conducted at its main campus located at Budaiya.

Program Particulars

Foundation (Certificate) in Modern Apprenticeship (FMA)

• Duration: 2 to 3 terms spread over 1 – 1.5 years
• Eligibility: Graduation from Technical schools in Bahrain/ A pass in Tawjihia/ 6 + 3 + 3 / ‘A’ level with good grades

Advanced Modern Apprenticeship (AMA)

• Duration: 4 terms spread over 2 years
• Eligibility: Graduation from Technical schools in Bahrain/ A pass in Tawjihia/ 6 + 3 + 3 / ‘A’ level with good grades
